The Only Keynote That Speaks Both Sorority and Corporate Fluently

this is the disconnect

Your members are getting the best leadership training available — managing budgets, leading teams, navigating conflict, running high-stakes events. But most of them don't see it that way.

They think "real" experience starts after graduation. They downplay their roles. They hide their letters in interviews. And when someone asks about their leadership, they freeze.

That's a problem for your organization.

Members who can't articulate their experience can't advocate for it. They can't recruit from a place of belief. They can't push back on the stereotypes. And they quietly disengage after graduation because they never connected their membership to the lifelong value it has post-grad.

Generic career programming won't fix this,  because it doesn't speak our sorority language.

That's where I come in.

who I

am

I bring 20 years of marketing and sales experience in Consumer Product Goods, including building and managing a $300M business with Walmart, plus 14+ years as a Sorority Recruitment Advisor on an SEC campus.

I'm the only career coach fluent in BOTH sorority and corporate languages.

I've sat in the rooms where brands are created, manufactured, and marketed. At the same time, I've sat in the backroom of chapter recruitment watching leaders learn and grow.

What no one talks about is that these two different rooms are essentially the same, just a different scale.

I don't give lectures

 I’d put myself to sleep.

What I promise is a shift in identity. Your members will see herself and her potential differently.

what past keynote ATTENDEES have said

"I've never even thought about turning sorority ways into corporate words — THIS IS AMAZING!"

"Everything I have done in my sorority even in my two years MEANS SOMETHING!!"

"This was genuinely transformative. I learned how language shapes everything."

Keynote Logistics

Investment

FREE Workshop!

Travel costs only if applicable (flight, gas, hotel)

Format

In-person highly preferred (there’s just something about being in the same room that lands better), virtual available

Duration + Capacity

45-minutes to 2 hours, depending on your programming needs.

Minimum of 20 participants required.

You've read this far, what's the hold-up?

You might be thinking…

"We already have career programming."

Great, this isn't meant to replace it. This will build on all the great programming you already have in place. When members understand how to translate their sorority experience, all career content becomes more useful.

"Our members aren't interested in career stuff."

They're interested. They're just tired of content that doesn't speak to them. The transformation in these sessions is immediate — you'll see it on their faces and feel the energy in the room (it’s like a weight lifted from their shoulders and a world of possibilities they’ve never considered).

"Is this only for seniors?"

No. The earlier members learn their sorority experience matters for more than merch and functions,  the more strategically they'll approach their entire sorority experience. Freshmen and sophomores benefit just as much — arguably more because they get used to the language and see their experience longer.

"What's the catch with it being free?"

No catch. I cover my own costs unless there's travel involved. This work matters to me. Now, if you’d love to gift something unique to your campus, city, chapter (etc)... I won’t turn it down (size Medium, love stickers, Christmas and we’re vegan). Moral of the story, I don’t want price to be a barrier for this incredible work to continue. I have a lot of faith God will take care of the details.
