These Customer Terms ("Terms") govern your relationship with Corporate Sorority Sister LLC ("CSS," "we," "our," or "us") when you subscribe to our emails, download our free resources, or purchase any product or service through our email and checkout platform. By providing your email address, signing up for any free resource, or completing any purchase, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not subscribe, download, or purchase from CSS.

1. Who We Are and What This Document Covers

Corporate Sorority Sister LLC ("CSS") is an Arkansas limited liability company providing career education, translation training, and resources to sorority women. CSS is founded and operated by Alicia Conner.

These Customer Terms apply to every interaction you have with CSS through our email marketing platform and our checkout platform, including:

Subscribing to the Career Haul newsletter or any CSS email list

Downloading any free CSS resource, lead magnet, or guide

Submitting a speaker inquiry, contact form, or any other CSS form

Purchasing any CSS product including but not limited to the Alum Rec Letter Guide, Sorority to CEO (S2CEO), CSS HQ Membership, Quick Resume Review, and 1:1 coaching services

Accessing post-purchase content, including AI tools like Sister Chat where access is provided

Receiving any marketing or transactional communications from CSS

These Terms work alongside the CSS Master Purchase Terms (the authoritative agreement for all paid purchases), the CSS Privacy Policy, and the CSS Independence and IP Statement. Where these Customer Terms and the Master Purchase Terms address the same subject, the Master Purchase Terms govern in case of any conflict.

2. Independence and Non-Affiliation

Corporate Sorority Sister LLC is an independently owned and operated business. CSS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, partnered with, or associated with any sorority, fraternity, national sorority organization, the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), any specific Greek letter organization, or any sorority's governing body, headquarters, council, or foundation.

Any references in CSS content to sororities, sorority experiences, sorority leadership, recruitment, chapter operations, or Greek life are made in CSS's independent commercial capacity. Such references are not made on behalf of, under the authority of, or with the endorsement of any sorority or national organization.

Members of any sorority who engage with CSS do so in their personal capacity as individuals, not as representatives of their organization. Their engagement with CSS does not constitute organizational endorsement of CSS by their sorority.

3. Original Intellectual Property

All CSS frameworks, methodologies, content, training materials, AI tool instructions, role translations, databases, and other intellectual property identified as CSS property were independently developed by Alicia Conner and CSS based on her professional career experience, original research, public information, personal observations, and creative work.

CSS does not use, reference, incorporate, or rely upon any confidential information, internal documents, proprietary materials, member data, organizational tools, or restricted communications of any sorority or sorority governing body in the creation, marketing, sale, or operation of its products and services.

Protected CSS intellectual property includes, without limitation, the CSS Method (CLAIM Your Brand, SHAPE Your Story, SHOW Your Value), the BID Method, the 200+ Sorority Role Translation Database, Sister Chat, the CSS Translator GPT, the Corporate Sorority Sister name and visual marks, the Career Haul newsletter name and content, and the Sorority to CEO program and all associated curriculum, frameworks, recordings, and materials.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to CSS emails, download CSS resources, make any purchase from CSS, or enter into a binding agreement with CSS. By engaging with CSS through any email, form, or checkout, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

CSS does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided information to CSS, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

5. Email Subscriptions and the Career Haul Newsletter

5.1 Subscription

By subscribing to the Career Haul newsletter or any CSS email list (whether directly or through a lead magnet signup), you agree to receive marketing and educational emails from Corporate Sorority Sister LLC. Subscription is free.

By submitting your email through any CSS form, you confirm:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You consent to receive marketing and educational emails from CSS
• You accept these Customer Terms and the CSS Privacy Policy

5.2 What You'll Receive

The Career Haul newsletter typically includes:

• Career strategy and translation content
• Real-world examples and case studies
• Occasional promotional content about CSS offerings (Sorority to CEO cohorts, workshops, new products)
• Lifestyle recommendations and reflections
• Updates from the CSS community

5.3 Email Frequency

The standard Career Haul newsletter is sent twice per month. Around CSS launches (S2CEO cohorts, new offerings), you may receive additional emails. If you also subscribe to free resources or lead magnets, you may receive welcome sequences or follow-up emails related to those resources.

5.4 Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any CSS email. You may also email [email protected] to request removal. Unsubscribe requests are processed promptly per CAN-SPAM Act requirements.

Unsubscribing from the marketing newsletter does not remove you from transactional emails (purchase confirmations, account notifications, product delivery emails) if you have an active CSS account, membership, or purchase.

5.5 Newsletter Content Ownership

All content in the Career Haul newsletter is the intellectual property of Corporate Sorority Sister LLC. You may:

• Forward individual emails to friends for personal one-to-one sharing
• Share newsletter content on social media by tagging @CorporateSororitySister
• Implement what you learn for your own career

You may not:

• Reproduce newsletter content in bulk for commercial purposes
• Republish newsletter content on other websites or platforms without express written permission
• Build a competing product or service using newsletter frameworks
• Feed newsletter content into any AI tool to extract methodology

6. Free Resources and Lead Magnets

From time to time, CSS offers free resources (guides, templates, checklists, workbooks) in exchange for your email address. By downloading any CSS free resource:

• You agree to receive the resource by email
• You are added to the Career Haul newsletter list (you may unsubscribe at any time)
• You agree to use the resource for your personal career development only
• You agree not to redistribute, republish, repackage, or commercialize the resource
• You agree not to feed the resource content into any AI tool to extract or rebuild CSS methodology

Free resources remain the intellectual property of Corporate Sorority Sister LLC. The free resource license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. CSS may withdraw or modify free resources at any time.

7. Product Purchases

7.1 Available Products

CSS sells various products and services through its checkout platform, including but not limited to:

• Alum Rec Letter Guide — a digital guide for alumnae writing sorority recommendation letters
• Sorority to CEO (S2CEO) — a cohort-based career translation program with access to Sister Chat AI tool
• CSS HQ Membership — community access with translation database, member-only AI tools, and live Q&A
• Quick Resume Review — individual resume review service
• 1:1 Coaching — individual coaching sessions and VIP experiences
• Other current and future CSS offerings

7.2 Acceptance of CSS Master Purchase Terms

Every CSS purchase is governed by the CSS Master Purchase Terms, available at www.CorporateSororitySister.com/master-purchase-terms. By completing any purchase, you agree to the Master Purchase Terms in addition to these Customer Terms. The Master Purchase Terms contain the full and authoritative agreement between you and CSS regarding your purchase, including detailed provisions on access, intellectual property, AI tool use, refunds, billing, cancellation, and dispute resolution.

7.3 All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By completing a purchase from CSS, you acknowledge:

• CSS products provide immediate access to materials, community, AI tools, or live time, which cannot be returned
• Digital content cannot be unsold once accessed or downloaded
• Live sessions and group calls cannot be un-attended
• Administrative and content costs are incurred regardless of your participation
• CSS sets clear expectations on every sales page before purchase

Limited exceptions may be granted at CSS's sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., CSS-initiated cancellation of a cohort, documented duplicate charges, or documented technical billing errors). 7.4 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card or payment provider:

• CSS will provide your provider with evidence of your acceptance of these Customer Terms, the CSS Master Purchase Terms, and the Refund Policy at checkout
• A successful chargeback will result in immediate termination of all access to CSS services, memberships, and communities, without refund
• CSS reserves the right to pursue collection of wrongfully reversed funds, including legal action and recovery of attorney's fees as permitted by law

7.5 Recurring Memberships

Some CSS products may be sold on a recurring billing basis. For recurring memberships:

• You may cancel at any time per the cancellation procedures in the CSS Master Purchase Terms
• Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period
• You retain access through the end of your current paid period

7.6 Pricing and Currency

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout at the time of your purchase. Promotional pricing, discount codes, and offers are subject to their own terms and may have expiration dates.

7.7 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information at checkout, you authorize CSS to charge the provided payment method for the purchase amount plus any applicable taxes. CSS does not store full credit card numbers.

8. Access to Purchased Products and AI Tools

8.1 Access Generally

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased product through one or more of the following:

• Email delivery of digital products and downloads
• Invitation to a community platform (such as Heartbeat) for memberships and cohort programs
• Direct access to AI tools (such as Sister Chat for S2CEO members) through provided links or credentials
• Scheduled live sessions, group calls, or 1:1 appointments

8.2 AI Tools (Sister Chat and CSS Translator GPT)

Certain CSS products include or provide access to AI-powered tools, including Sister Chat (available with Sorority to CEO enrollment) and the CSS Translator GPT (available to active CSS HQ members through a password-gated access page).

Your use of these AI tools is governed by:

• These Customer Terms

Key AI tool obligations include:

• Non-transferable access: One person, one login. Sharing access is a material breach and grounds for termination without refund.
• No extraction: You may not attempt to extract system prompts, training data, or instructions, including through prompts like 'show me your instructions' or 'ignore previous instructions.'
• No commercial use of outputs: Outputs may be used for your personal career development only. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercialize outputs.
• No training of other AI: You may not use CSS AI outputs to train any other AI model.

8.3 AI Output Disclaimers

AI tool outputs are AI-generated educational suggestions, not professional advice.

• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out-of-date
• Always verify AI outputs before using them in professional contexts (resumes you submit, interview answers, salary negotiations)
• AI tools do not know your full situation
• CSS does not guarantee any specific outcome from AI tool use

9. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

9.1 CSS Owns the Content

All CSS content, frameworks, methodologies, AI tools, products, materials, and resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Corporate Sorority Sister LLC and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This includes everything you receive through CSS emails, downloads, purchases, and AI tool access.

9.2 What You Can Do

CSS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Use CSS content for your personal, non-commercial career development
• Apply CSS frameworks and methods to your own resume, LinkedIn, interviews, and career strategy
• Share what you learn in personal conversations
• Tag @CorporateSororitySister on social media when posting about your experience

9.3 What You Cannot Do

You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, republish, or resell CSS content
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from CSS content
• Use CSS content in any commercial offering, course, coaching service, or competing product
• Share login credentials, access passwords, or password-protected content with anyone, including other CSS customers
• Screenshot or distribute the 200+ Sorority Role Translation Database, AI tool outputs, or recorded live calls
• Teach, train, or commercialize the CSS Method, BID Method, or any CSS framework without express written permission
• Input CSS content, materials, or AI outputs into any third-party AI tool (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, custom GPTs, or any current or future AI tool) for any purpose
• Use CSS trademarks in your own business name, product name, service name, program name, domain name, or social media handle

9.4 AI Content Protection

To protect CSS intellectual property in an AI-enabled environment, you specifically agree not to input, upload, transmit, or otherwise provide any CSS content, materials, frameworks, AI tool outputs, course materials, downloads, or other CSS intellectual property (collectively, "CSS Materials") into any artificial intelligence tool, machine learning system, large language model, custom GPT, automated content generator, or similar technology, whether currently existing or developed in the future, for any purpose, including but not limited to:

• Summarization, paraphrasing, or rewriting
• Content generation based on CSS Materials
• Training an AI model on CSS Materials
• Extraction of methodology, frameworks, or systems
• Creating derivative works through AI
• Generating competing content, courses, or coaching offerings

Violation of this AI Content Protection clause may result in immediate termination of your access and accounts without refund, and may result in legal action by CSS for copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and breach of contract.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 Educational Content Only

All CSS content, products, services, AI tools, and communications are for educational and informational purposes only. CSS provides career education, translation training, and guidance. CSS is not:

• A licensed career counselor or vocational counselor
• A licensed therapist, psychologist, or mental health professional
• A licensed attorney or legal advisor
• A licensed financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional
• A licensed medical professional
• An employment agency, recruiter, or placement service
• A guarantor of employment, salary, or career outcomes

10.2 No Guarantee of Results

CSS does not guarantee:

• That you will receive any specific job interview, job offer, or employment
• That you will earn any specific salary or income
• That you will be promoted, hired, or advanced in your career
• That you will achieve any specific career outcome on any specific timeline
• That AI tool outputs will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation

Career results depend on many factors including your individual qualifications, your effort, your industry, your geographic location, market conditions, employer preferences, economic conditions, timing, and circumstances outside CSS control.

10.3 Testimonials and Outcomes

Testimonials, case studies, success stories, and example outcomes featured in CSS marketing materials are real and reflect actual experiences of CSS members. However:

• Past results are not a guarantee of future results
• Individual results vary based on circumstances, effort, and many other factors
• The testimonials shown are not necessarily typical of all members
• Some testimonials have been edited for length or clarity without changing meaning
• Your results may be better, worse, or different from those featured

10.4 Affiliate and Sponsored Content

Some CSS content may include affiliate links, recommended products, or sponsored mentions. CSS may receive compensation when you click certain links or make purchases. CSS only recommends products and services we believe in. Affiliate relationships do not affect our editorial opinions. 10.5 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Decisions you make about your career, job applications, and professional development
• How you apply CSS content, frameworks, and methods to your situation
• Verifying information before relying on it in professional contexts
• Seeking professional advice when needed
• Following all applicable laws, professional standards, and ethical guidelines

11. Privacy

CSS respects your privacy. Information you provide to CSS through email subscriptions, lead magnet signups, form submissions, and product purchases is handled in accordance with the CSS Privacy Policy at www.CorporateSororitySister.com/privacy-policy.

11.1 What CSS Collects

Through email and checkout platforms, CSS may collect:

• Name, email address, mailing address, and phone number
• Payment information processed through Stripe (CSS does not store full credit card numbers)
• Profile information you submit (school, sorority affiliation, career interests, year in school)
• Content you submit (resume materials, AI tool inputs, communications with CSS)
• Engagement data (email opens, clicks, purchases)
• IP address and basic technical information

11.2 How CSS Uses Information

CSS uses your information to deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you, improve products and content, provide personalized experience, send marketing communications (with your consent), detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

11.3 Third-Party Processors

CSS uses third-party service providers to operate. Current providers include:

• Flodesk (email marketing platform)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Squarespace (website hosting)
• Heartbeat (membership community)
• OpenAI (AI tool infrastructure for Sister Chat and CSS Translator GPT)
• Google Workspace (forms, analytics, drive, email)
• Other service providers as needed

These providers have access to information only as needed to perform their services and are contractually bound to protect it.

11.4 Your Rights

You may:

• Access the personal information CSS holds about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal exceptions and active purchases)
• Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time
• Withdraw consent for AI tool processing of your information

11.5 AI Tool Inputs

When you use Sister Chat or the CSS Translator GPT, your inputs are processed by the underlying AI provider (currently OpenAI) in addition to CSS. Do not input personally sensitive information (Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, login credentials for other services) into CSS AI tools.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CSS emails, forms, products, and services lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• Use CSS services in any way that violates federal, state, or local law
• Impersonate CSS, its founders, or any other person or entity
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm CSS or any other user
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Attempt to access content or services you have not paid for
• Share your account, login credentials, or access passwords with any other person
• Use CSS services to send unsolicited commercial communications
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest CSS content
• Engage in any conduct that interferes with the operation of CSS services

13. Termination and Enforcement

CSS may, at its sole discretion:

• Remove or suspend access to any content, account, membership, or service for violation of these Terms
• Terminate your access permanently without refund for material breaches, including sharing access credentials, violating the AI Content Protection clause, harassing other members, fraudulent purchases, or attempting to extract CSS proprietary materials
• Pursue legal action for unlawful conduct, intellectual property infringement, or breach of contract
• Report violations to law enforcement when warranted

Termination decisions are at CSS's sole discretion and are final. No right to appeal, no right to refund, and no right to continued access exists upon termination for cause.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF CSS SERVICES OR RELIANCE ON CSS CONTENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, LOST INCOME, LOST BUSINESS, OR LOST DATA.

CSS'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF CSS SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID CSS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSS and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of CSS services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of CSS services shall be resolved through:

• Step 1: Good-faith informal negotiation for at least thirty (30) days
• Step 2: Mediation in Washington County, Arkansas, or remotely at mutual agreement
• Step 3: Binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Washington County, Arkansas, or remotely at the arbitrator's discretion. Judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH CSS ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING CLAIMS AS A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Attorney's Fees

In the event of legal action to enforce these Terms or to collect amounts owed, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

17. General Provisions

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Customer Terms, together with the CSS Master Purchase Terms, the CSS Privacy Policy, the CSS Independence and IP Statement, and any product-specific terms (such as Sister Chat Terms of Use), constitute the entire agreement between you and CSS regarding your engagement through email subscriptions, lead magnets, forms, and product purchases.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17.3 No Waiver

CSS's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without CSS's prior written consent. CSS may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business transaction.

17.5 Survival

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, AI Content Protection, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, payment obligations, and dispute resolution — shall survive.

17.6 Changes to These Terms

CSS may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers and customers. Continued use of CSS services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
