• Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store full credit card numbers)
• Profile information you submit (school, sorority affiliation, career interests, year in school)
• Content you submit (resume, career documents, testimonials, community posts, AI tool inputs)

When you use our Site, we automatically collect:

• OpenAI (powers the CSS Translator GPT and Sister Chat)

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.

Business Transfers

If CSS is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

2.4. AI TOOL INPUTS

When you use Sister Chat, the CSS Translator GPT, or any other AI tool we provide, your inputs may be processed by the underlying AI provider (currently OpenAI). Your inputs are subject to that provider's data practices in addition to ours. We strongly recommend you do not input personally sensitive information (Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, login credentials for other services) into our AI tools.

2.6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some of our services target young adults (collegians 18 to 22). Users must be 18 or older to create an account or make a purchase.

We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect a security breach.

CSS is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country.
